Delivery Policy (Taiwan Region)


Delivery Methods and Time

We offer shipping services through postal mail, Hsinchu Logistics, and Black Cat Express in Taiwan.


Taiwan Main Island:

After the order is placed and payment is completed, the goods will be delivered to the specified address within 3-4 working days.


Taiwan Outlying Islands:

After the order is placed and payment is completed, the goods will be delivered to the specified address within 4-8 working days.



Shipping Details

  1. After placing an order (excluding the day of purchase), it will be shipped within approximately 1-2 working days (excluding holidays, which may cause delays).
  2. Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  3. No delivery service is provided on Sundays, national holidays, and make-up holidays.
  4. During peak holiday seasons or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, shipment may be delayed.
  5. The actual delivery schedule for home delivery will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.


Shipping Fee Calculation


Taiwan Main Island:

The shipping fee for a single order is NT$100. Free shipping is available for a single purchase of NT$2000 or more.


Taiwan Outlying Islands:

The shipping fee for a single order is NT$250.



Outside Taiwan Region

For international deliveries, shipping fees will vary depending on the destination.
